Call / Push / Shock
If you see an adult or teenager unconscious or unresponsive, call 9-1-1 or direct somebody to do so.
Push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help arrives.
The third step below is an addition to the AHA hands-only CPR instructions
Apply and follow instructions on an automatic external defibrillator (AED), if present.

We have a goal of training 30,000 people each year in CPR. Hands-only or full CPR training counts toward this and we are hoping that an army of HERATSafe HB Ambassadors will multiply across the City to begin to realize this goal by teaching hands-only CPR.
